I am Jo, the founder of Eléa! I have a genuine passion for SME businesses and, more importantly, the people behind them.

Because behind every business is someone who took a risk, saw an opportunity to do things differently, made sacrifices and carries the responsibility of clients, employees and the future of the business.

Having built, grown and ultimately sold a family business myself, I understand the reality of that journey. The feeling that everything comes through you. The inability to switch off. A head full of ideas but never enough time to bring them to life. The challenge of knowing your business has outgrown the way it currently operates but not always knowing where to start.

Running a business can be rewarding, but it can also be overwhelming and, at times, lonely.

Eléa exists to walk alongside founders through growth, change and challenge, bringing calm, practical support, constructive challenge and a trusted sounding board when it's needed most.

Because sustainable growth isn't about doing more.
